MESSAGE
Message from CEO

I have dedicated nearly 19 years to the chemicals industry, working with both Japanese and international companies. Throughout my career, I have faced numerous challenges as a woman, but I have remained determined and have successfully overcome these obstacles. In recent years, my motivation has been to ensure that future generations do not face the same difficulties and to create organizations that provide fair evaluations.

However, I have also encountered negative opinions, such as claims of ‘reverse discrimination’ in hiring and the belief that ‘women in managerial positions do not succeed.’ I believe these views stem from a misunderstanding of what women’s empowerment truly means. To address these misconceptions and enhance corporate value, I decided to start my own business.

At Lumalume Co., Ltd., we respect each company’s unique culture while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) and supporting women’s empowerment. We offer comprehensive assistance not only through training but also by facilitating cultural transformation within organizations.
